Terms

As our items are hand made to order, for new customers our terms are payment in full in advance. For returning customers, friends & family, we usually invoice on delivery with payment due within 14 days of the invoice date.

As items are made to order, we are unable to give refunds on returned items for any reason other than our own error or a defect in the goods. It is therefore very important that you carefully check that you have correctly entered all options and personalisation. If you are at all unsure, we would advise you to contact us directly.

For new customers, we will not start making your order until payment has cleared. Normally your items will be prepared and sent to you within 14 days of the payment clearing - should we anticipate any delay, we will contact you to inform you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order & receive a full refund. If you require your order in a shorter time frame, please contact us and we will make every effort to meet your timescales.

For online orders, we can deliver to anywhere in the UK. Costs of postage & packing are added to the cost of the order and are calculated at the time of the order. For customers who are local to Newton Mearns or who can collect the items, no P&P charges will apply - please select the appropriate option in the Delivery options. For overseas orders, we would ask that you contact us directly to find out postage charges.

At present we are only able to take payments in Pounds Sterling by cheque drawn against a UK bank, by bank (BACS) transfer or by cash. Cheques should be made payable to "gifted of glencairn". If paying by cash, please deliver in person or send it recorded delivery. If you are ordering from overseas, please contact us directly to arrange payment.
